1. Product and Delivery

Payments are not currently enabled. Once enabled, Tarn will sell digital image inference credits only; no physical goods or shipping are involved. One pack will include 60 credits and cost CNY ¥6. The exact credit-delivery method will be published here before checkout becomes available.

2. Validity and Credit Use

• Credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
• Standard image inference costs 1 credit per image.
• The required credits are shown before an operation is confirmed.
• A Tarn-side failure that returns no valid result should not consume credits, or the corresponding credits should be restored automatically.

3. Refunds

You may request a refund for a completely unused credit pack within 7 days of purchase, where permitted by law. Once any credit has been successfully used, we do not offer partial refunds, except as described below.

Exceptions may apply to duplicate charges, non-delivery, Tarn-side service errors, or cases required by applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation

Tarn credits are a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and do not renew automatically. There is no subscription to cancel. Users can simply choose not to purchase another credit pack.

5. Payment Disputes

Before checkout becomes available, Tarn will publish a monitored support address for questions about charges, delivery, or credit use. Customers should include the Stripe order number and a description of the issue. Tarn will review the payment and service records and respond within a reasonable period.
